One of our Kootenai County Probation Officers loves to tie flies for fly fishing, and he’s created a program to teach at-risk youth about his hobby.
You can provide the materials they’ll need to tie flies each week, and with enough support, provide the program with the fly fishing rods they’ll use to practice fishing with the flies they’ve tied down at the Spokane River!
